Up for Auction today is my 1988 S10 Sport. It has the 2.8L V6 it can hold its own. It has a 7.5 foot western plow. Yes 7.5. I bought it back in November to plow my drive way with and it has been great! As of right now it has a New York inspection good until December of this year. I am only selling because I have a 2500 HD now And i need more room for projects if i had the room i would keep it. It would be a great truck with a little TLC. It runs one you get it running (see the bad details) and the transmission shifts threw the gears like it should. The 4x4 works great never had a problem with it. THE AMBER LIGHT DOESN'T COME WITH THE TRUCK!I was told that the motor has been replaced and only has 39,000 on it I have no prof of that though. I have a clean and clear New York state title in my hand ready to go. The Good--The body is in good shape for a 1988 fenders,hood,bed all seem to be rust free. I had it under coated when i got it.-The tires have about 80% life left- Tons of new parts since i got it which include,-Alternator-Serpentine belt -Fuel filter -Battery-Rear Break lines -Fresh oil Change -New Air filter-It has bilstein shocks all the way around The Bad-- IT will NOT start without Ether or starting fluid!! I was told that the prime part of the fuel pump is bad. once it is running it runs like a champ! -There is rust!!! The tail gate is just about shot. -The driver side floor pans are going to need to be replaced.-The passenger side door have some bondo in them -The front& rear blinkers stopped working marker lights work though. I think its a Bad ground- the muffler has a hole in it but exhaust up to the muffler looks really new. The plow--7.5 It its a western plow blade.(only one minor rust spot)-It moves up down and left right with no problems - It has new lines on it -The cutting edge still has tons of life left!
