Bank Repo 2003 Chevrolet 2500HD pickup. Two wheel drive. The vehicle is not driveable. The vehicle had been sitting for an extended time(2-3 years) and has multiple issues. The rear brakes are rusted to the rotors and it will not roll. I had a local mechanic inspect the vehicle. He had the vehicle running, but not well and he thought it sounded like a rod knocking. He also said the transmission oil was very black. The body has multiple dents and scratches. It was obviously used as a work truck with poor care. The interior is extremely dirty.
