This is a 78 CJ7, I bought it late last year as a project vehicle and go started but now we are moving. So my lose is your gain, I was going to put in a TBI Chevy 350 and back it with 4 speed with a married transfer case with axles out of a 78 bronco. Now we are moving out of state so I need to sell my baby before we move. It had an original 304 but I sold it, it still has the turbo 400 transmission and quadra trac transfer case. I drove it up until the weather got bad, it does not have doors or a top. It is definitely a project and should be looked and bought with the understanding that it will take work to get it up and running. The front seats do not match and the rear seat does not have the mounting bracket, I bought it as a toy so I was looking to replace all that. It does have some rust and the frame also has some rust. I have done my best to take pictures of all the areas that might be of concern. If you have any questions please ask and I will be more than happy to help. The buy now is for the Jeep, the Chevy TBI engine, and the ford transmission and axles. Otherwise the auction is just for the jeep and the Chevrolet turbo 400 transmission only. If you are interested in buying the engine and transmission at the end of the auction we can talk price. I have an extra intake for the engine and an extra set of valve covers.
