Vehicle Detail
This is a 1969 plymouth GTX running project car. The motor was rebuilt not long ago but is not the original motor, it does have a larger then stock cam that has a nice lumpy sound. I think it's the purple cam shaft but not sure. It starts right up and sounds great it also has nice Flowmaster duel exhaust. The brakes where also done not long ago and she stops great. The transmission is a 727 and it works fine. The rear is 8-3/4 with 3:55 sure grip posi. The wiring harness was also replaced. The car was complete just stated to be taken apart to repaint, but all the original parts are in the trunk. The interior is in very good shape for being original. There are no rips in the front seats but the back does have a slice in it about 2" long. The headliner and sun visors are good. The dash looks good and consol is all there. The door panels are good and inside the trunk. The body will need some work the paint does have some cracking and checking so it should be stripped and redone. The car has some small amount of rust here and there but I don't think you will need any new body panels just some patching. The floors, torque boxes and frame rails are very solid. there is some rust on the rear drives side floor and some pin holes in the trunk, you could easy patch them or replace if you wanted. All the glass is there and windows all work. The rear glass is just sitting in place and will be shipped inside the car. The bumpers and brackets will come with the car but will need to be rechromed or use as cores and replace them. There is some rust under the hood and some under the trunk but again not real bad you could patch or replace just depends on what you want to do with it. Also the fender tag was misplaced when they started taking the car apart! sorry I know how you Mopar guys are about that but at least you can tell by the vin it's the real deal! This is a great project that you could easily drive while you work on it or if you just put it back together you could drive it like it is. I think that's about all but I may have missed something so if you have any questions please call 813-478-3449. The car is sold AS-IS with no warranty buyer pays shipping I will need the car paid in 1 week and will not take a deposit threw pay-pal just please contact me within 24hrs to arrange payment, I'm flexible with that, checks or cash in person is fine. I just will hold the car until the check clears. Also the car has a clean S.C tile. I will also sell overseas and to canada. any questions please call 813-478-3449
