Vehicle Detail
1939 Buick Special Texas Barn find I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles. Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle. This is one of those items: We received this absolutely solid Buick Special from an estate in Pleasanton, Texas. It was been parked forever in a barn. The car has an absolutely mint front end. The car comes with many old and new parts such as chrome and rubber pieces. All the windows are there; the driver’s side window has a crack in it. Right now the car is in black primer. Sometime in the last 70 years someone decided to put a V-8 Buick engine and automatic transmission in the Buick Special. They never finished the job. The car is a complete restoration project or you can turn it in to a nice hot rod as the body is in excellent shape. There is only one small ding on the whole car. It is on the left back fender per picture. The car is a barn find and will be sold with a notarized bill of sale from our company with no reserve, so bring your trailer and we will help you load it up. Or we can deliver it to a short distance in Texas for a reasonable cost. All the inspections must be done before the auction closes. Remember that this classic car is 73 years old. Please remember that things always look better in pictures. So you are more than welcome to come see it in person. Your bid is your contract. Please place bids only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase the item. We require a $300 non-refundable deposit immediately after the bidding closes, and the remaining balance within a week. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The car will be sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee. For pricing regarding classical automobiles/bikes you can refer to www.nadaguides.com We reserve the right to cancel any bid for excessive negative feedback. And I may also advertise it locally. GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN
