1986 R80 Custom Café Racer Here is the chance to own a one of a kind classic BMW. Too much to list but I’ll give it a try: Frame off restoration Frame powder coated black Body painted with painted checkerboard design ( not a decal ) Custom rear tailpiece with saddle Engine gone through completely by ZMW motorcycle ( Tucson, AZ ) Rims powder coated and polished Forks powder coated Tomaselli Clip-Ons Turn signals placed in headlight Custom bar end mirrors from Pauly Moto Custom titanium top triple Custom billet instrument cluster with speedo and tach from Pro-Cycle Airbox removed and K&N cones added ( carbs fully adjusted ) “floating” battery with custom top clamp Hagon rear shock Rear-set controls ( where passenger pegs used to be ) Every single bolt on this bike was removed and either cleaned or replaced. It was my dream project and has bee my daily driver for many years. Work was completed 2 years ago, only 2500 miles since restoration. Before the restoration engine had 36,000 miles on it. All seals replaced, splines lubed. Always serviced. I hate to see it go, but I need to pay for school, and will be moving to the EU.
