For your consideration is a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle Super Beetle. This is a limited edition VW - 1,000 produced during 1972 to commemorate Baja off-road race successes from 1967-1971. A European 'Marathon' 1302 Super Beetle (Marathon Blue Metallic), 'Baja' wheels (Lemmertz made and named Marathon wheels in Europe) with VW hexagonal center caps. Formula VE side stripes. Car featured full American specification, leatherette bucket seats, full carpeting including trunk area, two-speed fan powered ventilation, rear window defogger, day/night mirror, glove compartment lock and vanity mirror. Have original owners's manual and copy of original sticker. I married the original owner after purchasing the car. Original owner does not go with the car. Info correct best to my knowledge.
