1984 Nissan 300ZX 50th Anniversary Edition Turbo with an Automatic Transmission – This car does carry a salvage title but looking this over it’s very difficult to see why. When it was rebuilt it was done with attention to detail and very carefully. It was returned to new condition with the repair that took place early on in its life.
It has 68,574 original miles with a 4 speed automatic with overdrive -3.0L Turbocharged V6. This is 1 of only 1,436 Automatic 50th Anniversary Editions Produced and is very hard to find in this condition. The 300ZX comes with every option that came on the 50th Anniversary Edition and Turbo ZXs:Two-tone paint (pewter and black), original black and gold pin striping, flared front & rear fenders, 16" alloy wheels with gold accent and the previous owner found a original wheel with cap that he put in the car so it has a full sized wheel and tire instead of the doughnut. It also had the T-top roof. The Stock AM/FM Cassette radio comes with the car, but it currently carries the aftermarket CD with remote and Ipod cable. With the original radio the Body sonic sound system with center console mounted intensity controls (seats vibrate to the beat of the music) did work.
The Leather seats with 50th Anniversary Edition embroidery are immaculate, the auto temperature air conditioning work great. Electric defog outside mirrors are operational and the adjustable shock absorbers (soft, normal, firm) (10% stiffer springs and stiffer recalibration of adjustable shocks) are still functional to my knowledge. It has a trip computer and this car includes 50th Anniversary budged floor mats. It still has a functional turbo hood scoop and turbo decals on the rocker panels. Front air spoiler/lip and rear foam spoiler, and Nissan Turbo Rear badge. This car is a truly nice car and would be a great Sunday driver; it runs so good it be a great dependable daily driver.
The exterior of this 300ZX is in great condition and will surprise everyone who looks at it at truly what a nice car this is. The black leather seats have very minimal wear, normal for a car of this mileage (no tears, rips or problems.) The door panels, carpeting, dash, center console, and all interior components are in fantastic condition. The special edition floor mats have not been used. A/C needs converted and recharged and heat blows super hot. All interior buttons/switches work perfectly. All black fabric interior speaker covers, cargo mats, are true black with no fade. You will not be disappointed and I look forward to answering all questions and requests.
We do not disclose the reserve price to our auctions and purposely set them low to encourage bidders once the reserve has been met--it has worked well for us. Most of our vehicles actually sell before the auction expires
