I bought this Wrangler a couple of years ago as a 3rd car and weekend toy. I have put less than 2,000 miles on it in that time. When I got it, it was already a daily driver. I have done a lot of work to it since getting it, here is a list off the top of my head: new soft top 2 inch body lift 5 new rockcrawler steel wheels 5 new interco/superswamper trxus m/t 31s new brakes all around new exhaust new black diamond plate along door and back corners new battery new all-weather cover (gray one in the last picture, will be included in sale) 3 bike rack and lock mounted on rear wheels (also included in sale) there are more, just can't rememeber. basically, my mechanic went through and replaced everything that needed replacing in the near future.... The jeep is a 4 cylinder with mud tires, so it only goes about 75mph. The car is inspected/insured/registered in New York. This is a 98 and I live in the northeast, so there has been the standard underbody decay. I drive this to work in NYC when the weather is nice (about 25 highway miles) and it stays covered in the winter. There is no carpet in it, which is fine by me. I just pulled the cover off it today, vaccuumed it out, dusted it off, and charged the battery. Took it for a lap around the block and everything works great (just need to reset the radio stations). Steering is a little tight, but probably just cold. I love this Jeep, it is the 6th one that I have owned, but it is never getting driven and I could use the extra money. All of the new items on the jeep have less than 2k miles on them....including a really nice set of wheels and tires. When I got it, there was some black paint below the doors, this looks like it was covering some bondo work on the drivers side. No rust, but the paint looked cheap, so I put on the black diamond plates to cover it up. Also has the cool half doors with the sliding windows in them. I will also leave the bike rack and lock with the jeep. Please ask any questions and feel free to come and see it or take it for a drive. I am in Suffern, NY. This is sold as-is.
