Selling our Atlantic Blue Pearl 2005 Legacy GT sedan.....This car has been absolutely amazing and is in great shape. For starters it is a 2.5 liter Turbo with automatic transmission that shifts as smooth as it did when it was new. The car has 158,000 miles and some change and almost all of those are highway miles. The previous owner traveled almost 200 miles a day for work (highway) and the miles I have put on it have been highway as well (commuting from Pittsburgh PA to Erie PA) The tires are brand new Continental Brand, The brakes were recently done as well and it drives perfectly with no shakes or shimmies The body of the car is in pretty good shape for the miles, there are a couple spots here and there and the front bumper cover has some scrapes from a collision with my garage wall. (it was touched up with Subaru touch up paint) I have a new painted to match bumper cover that comes with the car. The interior is VERY clean as I am pretty picky when it comes to the interior or my car since I spend so much time in it...the drivers seat was replaced with a used seat because the one before had a huge rip in the bottom section. The car has leather, heated seats however the driver seat is cloth due to when I replaced the seat I was unable to locate a leather one so I just put a seat cover on it and it looked fine. BOTH front seats are heated. The car has the All Weather Package with heated mirrors and windshield as well. It has automatic dual zone climate control and power windows/locks/mirrors/ etc. Has 6 disc in dash cd changer as well as cruise and security system and lots of other options. I also had a Magnaflow exhaust installed on the car and it sounds incredible, I get compliments every time I pull up to a gas station. Here's the best part, The car has a BRAND NEW ENGINE from Subaru, not just a shortblock but an entire longblock, heads, cams everything! Apparently there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) released from Subaru about screen filters in the turbo oil lines being removed because they would plug up and starve the turbo from oil and cause it break taking the engine out with it. The Subaru technician that did it said he has seen a few of these that had the screens plug up. Thats exactly what happened to this car and I had subaru put an entire new engine in, the turbo was also rebuilt as well everything cost me well over 6,500 dollars! The engine job alone from Subaru was almost 5800 (pictures of the receipt are in with the photos) The engine has about 7,000 miles on it now and it runs perfectly. It still has remaining warranty on it as well and the screen filter TSB has been taken care of so it will never have that problem again. It also has all new seals, timing belt, pulleys, plugs everything was done! This car is good for another 150,000+ miles! It just recently passed PA state inspection with absolutely no problems at all and is good until March of 2013. This car needs nothing! The only reason I am selling the car is I have recently bought a new toy (BMW) and am passing this on to someone to enjoy. The power from this engine and the pull of the turbo is incredible. It is so amazingly smooth and quick and it gets great gas mileage as well for an all wheel drive sedan! Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have, id be happy to help!
