1960 Dodge D100 Monster Truck PLEASE come by to see the truck (it's in north Stockton) if possible if you are interested. I'll do the best I can with my description and answering questions but I am not 100% sure about everything- some of the info is what I remember from the guy I bought it from and some from a shop I had it in, etc. My history with the truck- I bought it about 2 years ago, put some money in it, got it running and driving and I broke a U-joint and got very busy with work and never really got around to fixing it. The truck has sat for close to a year and may need some minor things to get going again- mainly the rear end needs some adjustment and you probably want to put some ladder bars or something to keep the rear end from twisting under load. The engine/ trans./ clutch all worked great the last time I drove it and should still be in excellent condition internally. As far as I can tell this thing is street legal with the dropped bumpers, lights mud flaps, etc. If you want the baddest redneck truck around, this is it! This thing is hilarious and everyone I meet loves it. Big Block 440 -Mildly built (cams, pistons, etc.) -Brand new Holley Truck Avenger 770 cfm carb (brand new and on the truck, needs throttle linkage installed and to be tuned) -I can tell you this engine has some serious power 4 speed tranny w/ granny low (although it is REALLY low, you can skip first and this thing jumps off the line) Brand new custom heavy duty driveline (made for this truck by a local shop)- not yet installed on the truck Ford 9" rear end Currently has 39.5" tires- it used to have 44" tires and you could go bigger, but these 39.5 tires are much more manageable and this thing will need to be towed, so the lower the better for tow truck drivers. Approximate 23" lift. New aluminum gas tank in the bed with fuel lines, pump, gauge, etc. Half of the work done on this truck is done the right way and half is not, but that is also what makes it pretty cool. The truck is currently non-opped and I have the pink slip (clean title) in hand $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end via paypal- no exceptions- don't bid if you aren't going to buy it. I am selling this truck for some business capital, so please don't mess around. Remaining balance if due within 7 days of auction end, but I can store the truck for longer if necessary.
