This is a Johnny Cash special put together 1 piece at a time 1968 cab, 71 front, bed and grille, 77 3/4 running gear and frame with 1 ton braking system, 64 hood, Pontiac tilt steering column, running gear was in good shape when I parked it several years ago 400 motor with 4 speed transmission. I used this truck for a tow truck for a long time and just parked it was running good when I parked it.We had started restoring the body a couple of years ago to use it to pull 5th wheel campers but I bought a truck and quit on this one. it has a aftermarket a/c that was working when we parked it. I am sure if you were going to put this on the road it would need all belts, hoses, tires are dry rotted. fuel would need to be replaced.maybe plugs and wires ect. possibly brakes The moldings and grille are in the bed along with running boards. cab and drivers door have a lot of rust that would need to be repaired the roof has small holes where the emergancy beacon and air horns were mounted .I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE ACTUAL MILAGE IS ODOMETER SHOWS 48571 BUT WHEN i ORIGINALLY BUILT THIS TRUCK IT SHOWED ABOUT 25000 I rebuilt the engine at that time.
