this is a nice 78 trans am with the original 400 pontiac engine. the motor was recently rebuilt and runs great. the 400 turbo trans shifts and works as well. the brakes are spongey so the car can not be driven on the street. this is a georgia car and has very minimal rust on it. the quarters behind the rear wheel have rust as well as minor rust on the passenger side fender. the passenger side quarter was hit at one point in time so that could be fixed when repaing the quarter anyway not a big deal. the doors are extremly solid no rust. the floors are good as well as the cowl area that comonly rust on these cars. the car does not come with an interior other than the dash steering coulmn/ wheel rear seats and what ever seat belts are in the car. has hurst t tops. posi rear end trunk and rear frame rails are solid. car originally was black with gold striping and carmine interior. i believe it still has the original black paint on it. this is a smokey and the bandit car. would make for an easy restoration project. i do not have the time or space to restore this car and it is to nice to part out but i will be doing so if the car does not sell. i have a PHS report on it as well as a clear michigan title and a georgia registration to prove this car is a southern car. delivery may be available but that is to be worked out before the end of the auction a non refundable 500 dollar deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction if this deposit is not recieved before 24 hours the car will be relisted. the remaining amount is to be paid in cash at pick up. if you have any questions feel free to ask. check out my other items
