Vehicle Detail
This car is one of the most original examples you will find. It has the original paint and an immaculate interior except for the dash that has had the same cracks since the 90's. If the dash is important you can purchase a dash overlay on EBAY for about $100. There are NO leaks at all and the area where the car is parked in my garage is bone dry. The A/C has been rebuilt including the evaporator. The radio has been rebuilt and the power antenna has been replaced. The power window motor has been replaced on the front passenger side. The glow plugs have been replaced. The timing chain and tension assembly was all replaced at 152,000 miles. The tires are matching Michelins and have been aligned. They have about 50% life. The front engine mounts have been replaced. The transmission has been serviced. The center support rubber and bearings have been replaced. This is just a short list of all that has been done to keep this vehicle in the condition it is in. Since 150,000 miles over $9000 has been spent to keep this vehicle in top running condition. This diesel is very rare with only 1400 produced with the 2.5 Turbo. The original owner's manuel, window sticker and various other original documents come with the vehicle. In 1987 this vehicle cost approximately $32,000. If you purchase the diesel the last picture shows the factory repair and service manuels, replacement headlights (3), windshield wipers (2) and various assorted parts for this car. The parts in the last picture and a car cover for the diesel will cost an additional $200 if you want them. There is no obligation to take them. The manuels alone are worth over $200. If you have any questions ask them before you bid. There are very few 190 Diesel 2.5 Turbo around still this original and well kept. For you to know, diesels like this one are a very rare find. Good luck.
