The Packard is solid, solid, sloid. It only has some surface rust. 1955 Packard Patrician – a Texas barn find 45291 original miles I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles. Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle. This is one of those items: We just pulled this beautiful antique car out of a barn in Jourdanton, Texas. The owner parked the Packard in 1981 and the car stayed for over 31 years. The car is not running and it needs a complete restoration. The car has a v-8(352 cid/260 HP)) engine with an automatic transmission. It is completely loaded including air conditioning, power seat, windows and the A/C for the front and back seat. The car is fairly solid. Please refer to the pictures. The frame is solid and straight. Almost all the parts are there except one main part – the carburetor. The chrome looks very good. The front windshield has a crack in the corner, but please remember that the car needs a complete restoration. Bold grillwork, cathedral taillights, advanced torsion bar suspension with self-leveling, and ohv V-8 exterior and interior trim keeping the Patrician's upper-class image. The car will be sold only with a notarized bill of sale from our company so bring your trailer and we will help you load it up. The car comes with the original 1955 Packard Patrician mechanic’s manual. We may be able to transport to a short distance within Texas for a reasonable price. The car will be sold with no reserve. All the inspections must be done before the auction closes. Remember that this classic car is 57 years old. Please remember that things always look better in pictures.
