JAGUAR XJ6 1974 LIGHT BLUE, BLUE INTERIOR LEATHER I THINK, GM ENGINE AND TRANS, WILL GET ENGINE NUMBER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, SELLING THIS FOR A FRIEND IT STARTS RUNS FINE THEN DIES NOT SURE IF ITS DIRTY FUEL ETC HAS BEEN SAT FOR A YEAR. BODY SOLID NO ROT, ALL GAUGES COME ON AS OF TODAY HAVE JAG HOOD EMBLEM HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF SO IT DID NOT GET STOLEN! TIRES ARE GOOD HAS BOLT ON WIRE WHEELS. does not have spare wheel, drained fuel today very old, will put new fuel filter on and new fuel and see if that gets it going. engine casting says gm 5.7 and some letters that i will get soon, the exhaust looks new and the tire have lots of tread engine started then dies after fuel drained and new filter, took top of carb off totally gumed up, cleaned it out and it started and kept running at 2000 rpm, engine sound fine, the carb will need to be taken off and cleaned well, looks like the main problemOn Feb-11-12 at 06:34:53 PST, seller added the following information: it would not let me take off reserve, it is 1350 this is a real bargain for this car, again i have had questions about interior it is in great shape no rips just a little dirty the headliner is fine too, also there is no rot at all in the car. it wont drive home like i said it needs carb cleaning.
