Up for Auction is a 2001 Toyota Avalon XL. This has been a great car for my family for the last 6 years. Many of the miles are highway for our trips to see family in MI and TN. We are getting rid of the Toyota for only one reason, I work at a auto super store and am getting a demo car February 1st and no longer need the car. I have sold several cars on ebay and will list the PRO's and CON's about the Toyota. Car does have a moon roof! PRO's 1. Amsoil Oil used since we purchased the car, Oil is changed every 8,000 miles.2. New Amsoil Brake fluid, New Master Cylinder, New Brake Calipers on both the front wheels and the drivers side rear wheel.3. New Front and Rear Struts in August 2010.4. New Strut mounts in Dec 20115. New Michelin Harmony Tires @175,460 miles bought Nov 2009, Tire Tread depth on all tires is 8/32nds. CON's 1. Timing belt was changed in March 2006 @ 92,000 miles. Will need new timing belt soon.2. Paint is ok, will give it a 7 out of 10.3. Needs an alignment.4. Needs new passenger side rear rooter and caliper, possible brake pad.5. Cooling fan needs replaced as it clicks when activated.6. Belts squeal from time to time, needs to be replaced.7. Arm rest between driver and passenger is ripped. Can see it in the picture. 8. TRANSMISSION makes a whine when you accelerate and goes away when you let off the gas. It has done this from the day we bought it. Never had an issue but need to disclose this. Kelly Blue Book private party value is $4635. As you can see my "Buy It Now" price is well below that. Retail for this year Avalon is above $7500.
