2008 DODGE 2500 LIFTED 4WD 6.7 liter CUMMINS Up for sale today I am offering an awesome looking Black lifted 4wd Cummins. This truck was a trade in at a local dealership that I purchase trucks from quite often, I'm working on my wholesalers liceince right now, but haven't got it yet so this is a private treaty sale. This truck was actually owned by a buddy of mine from a town south of here, he used it as a company truck delivering rental equiptment ( air compressors, generators, ect.). He delivered this equipment to oil rigs, so he drove it down dirt roads, and with these big ol' tires they threw up some rocks. There are quite a few rock chips in the paint down both sides of the truck, I thought of Rhino Lining the lower side of the truck, but I figured I'd let the next owner decide what he wanted to do. The rear tires were worn out so I put new ones on the back, the front tires are still about 60-70%. It has a 2" level lift on the front and overload springs in the back. Exterior- The outside of this truck like I said has alot of rock chips on the lower rockers of the truck. In the front on the bottom side of the doors the chips are all below the lower hardline, on the bed they are mostly below the hardline and some up above on the sides. It had chrome bed caps on it and I pulled them off, they rubbed some on the front corners of the bed, so you could either put new caps on it, or Rhino Line the bed and run it up on the sides. There is a scratch and dent on the right rear door that is about less than 5 inches long and 1/4 deep and a dent below the tailight on both the right and left side. I checked and you could have the truck completed repainted and the small dents that are noticable repaired all for around 3k if that is the route you wanted to try. It has a B&W turnover gooseneck hitch along with a reciever on the rear and chrome nerf bars. Interior- The inside of the truck ont he other hand is very clean for the miles. There are no stains that are notable, and only wear on the inside is on the drivers seat, nothing major, I can have it fixed for around 80 dollars, actually I'll just go ahead and do that, but just not that there is some wear on the drivers seat that won't be there any longer. It has 40/20/40 front seats with a fold down console, fold down rear armreast. It has power windows, locks, trailer tow mirrors and sliding rear window am/fm/cd player, overhead console thats shows compass, mileage and ect... along with the engine brake control switch inside. Mechanical- This truck runs great, no blow-by, shifts smooth runs strong and tight. I replaced the steering gear due to slack in the wheel. I replaced the crank case filter due to a buddy of mine that is a diesel mechanic told me that it needed to be changed at that timeframe and mileage, fresh oil change. There tires are 35" Toyo Open Country Mud Terrains on custom 20" wheels, like I said the tires are brand new on the rear, less than 100 miles on them, the fronts are around 60-70%. It has 2" spacers on the front for the leveling lift, and it has near new overload springs on the rear for towing.
