For Sale This is a 1976 T-Top Corvette with Clear title in hand that I bought as a project with the hopes of giving the car a full restoration. The vin Tag on the pillar has rust, 3 of the first letters and numbers of the Vin rotted off the tag. The car has 68,000 Original miles. The car does NOT have the original motor, The Replacement motor is a 73 date code 010 4 bolt main motor. The Motor runs very rough but is good enough to pull on a trailer when and if it does start, it is going to need a total rebuild from sitting. The Super T-10 4 speed transmission shifts smooth threw all the gears. The rear spring was updated to a performance mono leaf spring. The brakes on the car do not work, There was no fluid in master cylinder. I was told the car had aftermarket side pipes made by Hooker. The Fiberglass body on the car looks to be in great shape, There does not appear to be any cracks or breaks in the body of the car. The cars front and rear bumper deteriorated from being in the sun. The frame of the car looks very solid, The boxs behind the rear wheels have no rust. The floor of the car needs attention, The floor has rust, The Driver side seat belt coil is hanging out of the bottom of the floor and the seat mounts are rotted, THIS CAR NEEDS A FULL INTERIOR as you can tell from the pictures. All and All This car is very complete and would be great to build or be a Great Parts car.
