1961Jaguar Mark IX. Originally a California car purchased by present owner in 1998. Since that time less than 1,500 miles on completely rebuilt engine (with all receipts from renowned engine builder in 2002) rebuilt stainless steel sleeved brakes (all calipers and master cylinder), up-dated replacement servo, rebuilt automatic transmission, rebuilt front suspension with urethane bushings, power steering, heel bearings seals and replaced as well as differential seal. Mechanically sound. All receipts for work and parts in folder. Too much to list. Kept garaged since 1998 and mechanical upgrades were performed in 2002. Lacquer navy blue paint with biscuit leather interior and wool carpets. Just passed Virginia safety inspection good through January 2013. Always turns heads and can be driven and enjoyed today. Not perfect (nothing is) but certainly road worthy and ready. Indicated miles cannot be guaranteed. Seller can only confirm the mileage since he has owned the vehicle.
