It is with much regret I have up for sale today my 1974 Dodge Challenger it has been modified to look like a 1970-71 Challenger and built for drag racing. Let me emphasize this is a drag car and It is sold with a bill of sale only it could be converted back to a street car and you could get a title but that is up to you I will include a BILL OF SALE ONLY! That being said this is a good looking car that get attention everywhere it goes it has a 440 built to 440 6 pack specs but runs better with the single carb so that is what it has and the flowmaster mufflers sound great. The rear end is an 8 3/4 with a 4.30 spool that has very low miles on it and the transmission is an 727 torqflite with shift kit manual valve body and 3200 stall converter. The brake system has been upgraded to 4 wheel disc brakes that work very well at slowing this beast down. The body is all sheet metal except the hood and trunk are fiberglass lift off pieces and the windows in the doors are lexan instead of glass but the rest of the windows are still original glass. The car runs very strong and launches hard and straight and the chassis is built to handle more power if you wanted it currently runs mid 12's as is. The wheels are Drag star style and in great shape as are the tires I have a set of drag slicks on matchint wheels available to the winning bidder for $300 more.I am sure I have left out something so feel free to email with any questions and if you include your phone # I would be happy to call you back and discuss more details.
