This bus runs and drives great , power disc brakes , type 4 pancake motor 1.8 litre , good clutch , 4 speed , new cv axles , new coil , new 009 dist. , plugs , wires , cap and rotor , new 2 bar. Weber carb , Empi short shifter , header with quiet muffler , full custom redone interior , All New panels covered in tan vinyl not just recovered orig. , Looks very nice inside , z-bed in rear seat area , Sony stereo with 8" subs and tweeters in the back , new limo tinted windows in rear and 20% on driver and passenger , all new full tan curtains and matching cab curtain for privacy , new windshield and all new window rubbers , new tires this year , custom hitch with tent post holders for camping , needs paint but still looks good as a 20 footer , only rust is under the battery like all , otherwise very solid southern van that has never seen salt , this is a very nice van as is or finish it up your way , engine pulls hard and trans shifts fine , drives and brakes straight , all lights work , it will do 70 on the freeway no problem , you also get a spare power brake booster and all the original dual carb setup plus stock shifter handle if you want it , I have 50 pics of it and can email anything you want to see that is not on here , It is a 38 year old veh. so it has its flaws , I do reserve the right to end the auction early as it is for sale locally unless it reaches the reserve then it will be sold to the highest bidder , I have 100 % positive feedback so bid with confidence , Thanks for looking , Mike 423 557 5530 Here is the M-Plate for you VW fans On Jan-24-12 at 17:09:21 PST, seller added the following information: I didnt realize that the cushion for behind the z-bed is not in the pics and my pics are full but there is a full matching cushion that fills the whole rear section of the bus to complete the bed area , You will also get the orig. vacuum distributor and I have a front parcel tray for under the dash to go too.
