This car is a Georgia car originally purchased in Savannah and moved to the Atlanta area 25 years ago. It was passed down in the family, always garaged and well maintained as a local show car. At some point the interior was redone in brown vinyl seats and headliner and the correct carpet kit for the floor. It has been resprayed. I purchased it 2 months ago but will not have the time for another project. It was last registered in 1999 and has been parked ever since. The car was reported to drive fine at the time it was put up with the owner not intending to store it long term. It just worked out that way. When I went to get it from their basement garage it had been sitting for 10 years. The wheel brake cylinders had leaked onto the brake shoes and the wheel did not turn. After flat bedding it to my home all 4 wheels turned free. I have not attempted to start it ( needs a 6 volt battery) nor have I drained the gas out of the tank. The shifter feels stiff. The car should have a full brake job and proper prep prior to starting it. There is a crack on the drivers window (seem to be on one side only) and all other glass is fine with full functional windows. The horn rim on the steering wheel needs replacement. There are newly chromed front and rear bumpers still fully wrapped from factory. There are a number of receipts and repair docs from over the years.
