1975 Honda CB

1975 Honda CB400/4 Super Sport. This bike has been stored indoors since 1982. My friend, the original owner, is now clearing out her storage space, and moving it along for someone to restore. I'm helping her sell this bike, and will convey as much info about it as I know... My camera lens was opening funny on the day I took these photos, so sorry for the shaded corners... When stored, it was running, and the motor is free -- it still kicks through. The seat pan is ok, but my friend is so short that she and her husband cut the seat foam down and covered it in duct tape so she could reach the ground (!!) Ouch! Bike appears to be mostly "all there", a decent candidate for tear-down and restoration. Hopefully photos can answer most questions, cuz I don't really know this bike too well... Inside of tank not bad, light rust. typical for bike sitting for 30 years. I haven't examined it thoroughly, but seems more than workable/restorable. Battery side cover is missing. Light scrapes/dents on various parts of bike. Muffler and headers certainly usable, if not beautiful. I believe frame is straight. No any obvious indication of any accidents. Motor kicks thru smoothly. I assume mileage is correct. I believe my friend is second owner... In current condition, I'd rate the bike a solid 5-out of-10.
