Vehicle Detail
I bought this truck around 4-5 months ago with around 48,000 miles on it. I'm the 3rd owner but don't let that bother you. The first owner was in Mississippi and sold it because he was going through a divorce. The second owner was in Tallassee, AL and they just had their first child which prompted the sale for whatever reason. I have simply changed my mind. It's a great truck but it's a whole lot of over kill for me. I'm going back to a mid sized SUV. I simply bought way more truck that I need. I just don't need 381 horsepower and the enormous back seat has barely been used since I bought it. If you want to be king of the road or want it's capability, this is the truck for you. I on the other hand can barely park it and it's a matter of time before the tow mirrors hit the drive thru wall. Plus my jon boat probably only weighs a fraction of what this thing can tow. Here's the run down: When I purchased this vehicle, like I do with all used vehicle purchases, I took it straight to the dealer to have it checked out. It needed the following, all of which they took care of:Left blinker replacementReprogram tire pressure sensors (the light was staying on)Replaced front and rear brake pads and resurfaced rotors. That was all that was needed in the Delear's check and this work was performed at 49,043 miles. The work was done at Lynch Toyota of Auburn, AL. Receipt in the glove box. The BF Goodrich tires are in great shape, although I have no idea how old they are as the previous owner had them installed. Also, I'm guessing this truck had some sort of leveling kit put on it as the front end seems to sit higher up than most other ones I've seen. I'm sure you could have that removed if it bothers you. It sure looks good though! Other than that, it seems to be the same truck it was when it came off the lot. It's got the SR5 package plus the following adds:V8 5.7L engine4x4TRD off road packageTow packagePower sliding rear windowPower drivers seatMoon roofRunning boardsExtendable tow mirrors with signalsFactory spray in bed linerCold kitDeck rail system6 disc changer with 6 speakers and Auxiliary jackFront and rear mud guardsToyota rubber mats I only have 2 negative things to report as follows:There is a small dent below the rear driver's side tail light. This is shown in the photos with an arrow pointing towards it.There is only one scratch worth disclosing but it's small enough that it didnt show up very well in the photos. If you can see it, it's above the letter "A" in the word "Tundra" on the tailgate. It's not down to bare metal or anything like that. I drive it daily to work so the listed mileage is increasing slightly. It has the owner's manual and two keys, but only one remote. $300 deposit due within 48 hours, with balance due upon pickup. I have a loan on the truck through one of the local credit unions so you'll just be paying them, via whatever means satisfies them. My cell is (205) 369-1069, call with questions. Brian
