1967 Triumph Spitfire Mk 2 The car is completely original and untouched. It was oneof the very last Spitfire's produced in 1967, making itone of the last pre-pollution Triumphs.I bought it maybe ten years ago to restore but nevergot around to starting the process. It's hard to describe how original and straight the car is.32,800 original miles. Both original seats are still verynice and useable. The original cardboard dividers thatseparate the wheel-wells from the engine are still in placeand have not deteriorated, I have never seen originalsstill in place and in useable condition. It has the original optionalTriumph brand radio as well as factory 60 spoke wire wheels.The radiator is still full of clean antifreeze. All of the original glass is very nice and useable. The only non-original part I canfind on the car is a set of period correct exhaust headers. All the original chrome, including the bumpers, is still verynice and useable. Comes with very rare original steel hardtop that is stillin good condition. The car will require new floors and rockers. However, there is no structural rust. It would be a very good learning experience in rust repairfor a beginner as all the rust it has is very common for these cars and easily repairable.Very nice father-son project.
