1971 International Scout 800B 4WD I had every intent of rebuilding this Scout however, time and money are needed for other pursuits. I have the title in hand from the previous owner who has owned it since 1978. He used it around his farm until he passed in 2006. I acquired it last year and have not had time to make much progress. It needs a good bit of work but it does run very well. Kinda funny seeing it run when it looks so bad. I can move it around under its own power but it has no master cylinder installed so it has no brakes. Also it will need a new battery. Details: The odometer reads 63,300. 232 I-6 AMC engine 3-speed ManualTransmission 1 barrel Holley Carburator just rebuilt Manual Steering Dual Gas tanks (both of the original tanks are rusted) I have a passenger side tank that is in good condition with sending unit Have a HEI distributor with excel wires. No master cylinder is installed. It cannot be driven as is. It must be towed. Body/Frame: Body is rough. I will need a lot of work. Frame has surface rust but is solid. Interior: Dash is in tact Original AM radio All glass is in good shape Recently replaced: New Radiator Fuel pump/fuel filter Battery Air filter and oil change Wheels/Tires: Tires have about 1/8" tread left 15" OEM rims and hubcaps The bad: RUST (It is an International) For more info: Joel 540-246-5141 Serious bidders only: $200 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of auction closing.
