The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This 1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS was traded in by the one and only, original owner. This is an extremely clean vehicle in beautiful condition. This Eclipse is equipped with the factory sunroof, alloy wheels and rear spoiler. This Eclipse has been garage kept whenever it was not in use. As a result, neither the exterior nor the interior is ultraviolet faded or degraded. Everything about this car indicates that it was meticulous treated, and was the pride and joy of the owner. The condition of this car as seen in the photos below is exactly the way we received it. The Autocheck report is clean without any accident or damage history. There is no physical evidence of any previous body damage or repairs on this car. I am nearly absolutely certain that all of the paint on this Eclipse is original, and I cannot find the slightest indication otherwise. The 1.8L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. A complete set of matching tires were installed by the owner and are showing lots of tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition. The oil and filters were freshly changed, and all of the fluids were checked and serviced. There aren’t any engine warning lights on, and this car runs and drives beautifully. Every power item and feature in this Eclipse is working, and I believe that I have checked them all, including the power windows, door-locks, and mirrors. The air conditioning works great, as does the heater. The stereo sounds and works excellent. All of the speakers are crisp and clean without any crackling. All of the gauges and instrumentation are working and reading correctly. There isn’t any wear on any of the buttons or switches on the dash or radio. The exterior of this Eclipse is in magnificent condition. The Red paint is glossy and in fantastic condition with nothing other than a few stone nicks and minor imperfections. The body is straight as an arrow and there aren’t any dents or scratches anywhere. The bumpers are in excellent condition. All exterior trim and moldings on this car are intact, tight and in excellent condition. There aren’t any cracks or damage on any of the exterior lights or lenses. The alloy wheels are very clean. The interior of this Eclipse is in outstanding condition. Nothing in the interior is sun or UV damaged. The dash pad is perfect. All of the interior trim pieces, buttons, switches and the console are in just about flawless condition. The seats and eating fabric are in perfect condition. The carpeting is super clean and fluffy without any stains or damage at all. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle. There aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car, and the ashtray and cigarette lighter have never been used. The vehicle history report for this Mitsubishi is clean without any negative history. I would feel 100% confident to get in and drive this car anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
