Up for auction is by far one of the best driving C3's I have ever owned. Here is an absolutely beautiful matching # C3 that is ready to drive, show and enjoy. The odometer shows 09,908 but assume it has been rolled over, Anyway due to the vehicles age the State of Va list the miles as exempt on the title. This car qualifies as a good survivor quality car that has had only a few cosmetic details, necessary mechanical components replaced for saftey and pristine ride and a one time repaint. All stainless, chrome, emblems, interior, etc are all original and still show to be very impressive for its age! This Corvette has had a one time repaint several years ago on a pristine no hit body. All of the bonding strips are in place and it show NO signs of ever being damaged/repaired. All of the body lines are as good as they get and everything fits like it should. The paint is finished in Mille Miglia red and has been applied for aprox 5 years and it shows very well. It has been buffed, polished and hand rubbed to deep showroom shine! It is slick as glass and arrow straight with only a few minor flaws from normal driving. I would rate the paint far better than most at an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being perfect. This car has a flawless NO damage, NO rust frame, bird cage.(VERY CLEAN AND SOLID!) The undercarriage has recently had some of the major suspension parts replaced new such as bushings, shocks, new fiberglass rear spring and exhaust. The car has chambered exhaust and it has been wrapped to minimize heat. The interior is 110% all original and has never been replaced and shows well above average for its age. No rips, tears or stains. the driver side speaker vent in the dash does have a small busted place, other than that its all good! The top is excellent no holes, rips or tears. The car has its all original matching # drivetrain 350/270 h.p. engine factory 4 speed trans and rear. This car has NO mechanical issues and rides and drives as good as any C3 I have ever set in!! Everything on this car works properly as designed! All lights gauges etc. The headlight doors and wiper door work excellent and promptly. This car hits the road very tight, straight and is a blast to drive. It can be driven anywhere!!
