PLEASE CALL (954) 200-5228. Up for auction is a 2002 Lincoln LS V8 and is being sold with NO RESERVE. The vehicle is equipped with a 8cyl engine and AUTOMATIC transmission. The odometer shows 134,087 miles. It’s fairly well equipped with most of the options. The seats are BLACK LEATHER and appear to be in excellent condition, although the leather on the center armrest is cracked as seen in the pictures. The power options all appear to work properly. The exterior of the car is DARK GRAY and is showing signs of wear and is faded. It has dings and scratches as seen in the pictures. The rear tires appear to be in great shape, the front tires are very worn. Please refer to the photos included in this auction for more description details. This vehicle appears to RUN ROUGH BUT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO DRIVE. The initial indication from our lot personnel is that the BEARINGS are bad and needs replacing, however, this is purely speculation. The car runs, but loud noise from engine, power steering is not working either. Can be started up and driven around lot or loaded on trailer for shipping. NOT ADVISABLE TO DRIVE. PLEASE NOTE!!!!! As is the case with all wholesale vehicles we do not perform a detailed mechanical or physical inspection. We simply convey what we are able to observe. There may be other problems with the car that are not evident. Therefore, please bid accordingly. INFORMATION CONCERNING VEHICLE CONDITION: We make every effort to photograph important details of the vehicles body condition, however small dings, scratches and blemishes in the vehicles paint and body are often difficult to catch in the camera lens, so if you fail to personally inspect the car, please know that these imperfections may exist. Since the car was aquired through either dealer trade, repossesion, or donated we do not have any further information on the vehicle other than what is provided herein. INFORMATION CONCERNING VEHICLE TITLE, SALES TAX, TAGS, AND FEES: This vehicle comes with a clear Florida Title. FLORIDA STATE BUYERS: Sales tax and Title fee and will be collected by us before delivery of vehicle. As a licensed Florida dealer, we are required to collect sales tax and title fee. There is an additional charge for new tags or transfer of tags for Florida residents. If the vehicle is towed from the lot, the tag fee can be waived. If you live in Florida and have a Florida driver's license you will have to pay sales tax, title fee.. OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Are responsible for all state, counties, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If you don't live in Florida and the car is delivered out of state, there is no sales tax or title fee. DOCUMETATION FEE: A fee of $179 (Doc Fee) is added to the cost of every vehicle for ALL customers AND dealers. This fee is added to every sale to cover cost of: paperwork postage necessary forms overnight document shipping document preparation title work delivery prep airport pickup etc. This is not a "hidden"fee. It does not change according to which expense applies to your particular purchase. It is not required by law, and is assessed and collected on every sale, no exceptions. INFORMATION CONCERNING PAYMENT FOR VEHICLE: The winning bidder MUST contact us within 8 hours of the Auction end and make arrangements for payment. At that time Three hundred dollars ($500.00) deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction via PayPal. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 5 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. There is a $179.00 doc fee that will be added to the final price of vehicle. Vehicle needs to be paid in full within 7 days. Vehicles that are paid in full imediately, storage fees waived up to 7 days. Vehicles not paid in full by the 7th day, there will be an extra 50.00 added on to the total and 20.00 per day afterwards.Accepted form of payment is cash, bank wire transfer, cashiers check, or PayPal. If payment is a Cashiers Check, it will need to be verified and clear before vehicle is released. Please note that PayPal transactions can only be used for deposits.
