Individual SELL and no sales TAX! Good Luck Bidding!! $500.00 and No Reserve ...5-day auction Like new Honda TRX500 ATV that I purchased new and has only 49-miles and 12.5 hours. It has the optional factory camoflauge with black wheels. Minor scuff or two....but other than that it is in like new condition. No excuses with this one! We had purchased two ATV'S too keep at a cabin we have in the mountains. As you can see we used them very little. In addition we had concerns about leaving them at the cabin due to possible theft. With that said I have sold the first ATV and this is the second one. No leaks....the spots under the ATV in the pictures are water from where I washed it. Electric switch on handlebars to shift from 2-wheel to 4-wheel drive. Origonal manuals and tool kit with ATV. It does not have the electric shift. I did not want the electric shift because it is something else to fail. NOT A WHOLE LOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS ONE....the Specifications are listed below. I can have the ATV available at a local business with dock if you should want to ship it. All shipping, shipping fees and coordination with shipper by purchaser. $500.00 deposit within 48-hours of auction and balance within 7-days. I still owe about $1500.00 on the ATV too Honda Credit. The day that the $500.00 downpayment is received I will pay off the note and have paperwork available to show the note has been paid off for winning bidder upon delivery/pick-up. 2009 Honda FourTrax Foreman Rubicon TRX500FA - USA Specifications American MSRP $7,499 USD Model: TRX500FA/TRX500FGA (with EPS and GPS) Engine Type: 499cc liquid-cooled OHV dry-sump longitudinally mounted single-cylinder four-stroke Bore and Stroke: 92.0mm x 75.0mm Induction: 36mm constant-velocity carburetor Ignition: CD with electronic advance Starter: Electric with auxiliary recoil Clutch: Automatic Transmission: Fully automatic hydromechanical, continuously variable with electronic controls Driveline: Direct front and rear driveshafts with TraxLok and torque-sensitive front differential Suspension Front: Independent double-wishbone; 6.7 inches travelRear: Swingarm with dual shock absorbers; 6.7 inches travel Brakes Front: 180mm front discs with single-piston calipersRear: Sealed mechanical drum Tires Front: 25 x 8-12Rear: 25 x 10-12 Length: 83.0 inchesWidth: 46.8 inches Height: 46.4 inches Seat Height: 33.9 inches Ground Clearance: 7.5 inches Wheelbase: 50.6 inches Towing capacity: 850 pounds Fuel Capacity: 4.1 gallons, including 0.7-gallon reserve Colors TRX500FA: Black, Red, Natural Gear Camouflage TRX500FPA: Black, Red, Natural Gear Camouflage Curb Weight*: 630 pounds (TRX500FA) 648 pounds (TRX500FPA)On Dec-27-11 at 11:51:15 PST, seller added the following information: Anyone with less than 5-positive feedback please contact me before bidding.....this is due to the few....that mess it up for the majority. Sorry if anyone mistook the options listed as being part of this ATV. After reading the following you can contact Honda Financial with any additional questions @ 800-532-8127. Hope the following helps answer the many questions that I have been asked about title/mco and certificate of origin. I have found that it varies from state to state. The following was copied and pasted from Ebay's help section. Honda is sending a copy of the MCO to me. It will not be sent to me until next Tuesday because of the holidays. Titles v. Statement/Certificate of Origin (MCO/MSO) v. Bill of Sale This is probably the most misunderstood area of used ATVs. Unlike cars, ATV registration/titleing laws vary greatly from state to state. Here is what you need to know in advance: Like cars, all ATVs come from the factory with a Manufacturers Statement/Certificate of Origin. This is often referrred to by dealers as an MSO or MCO. The different US states take 3 different stances in regard to what happens next. I will cover all 3. Must have Title Some states, like Ohio and Michigan, require that all ATV owners title their machines when purchsed, new or used, just like a car. In order to then ride poublic land they also require that registration stickers be purchased much like a license plate for your car. In these cases, they will always accept an out-of-state ATV as long as it has a title. They will usually also accept an out-of-state ATV with the MSO or MCO plus a bill of sale. Many of these states will accept an ATV with no title as long as it comes from a state that does not title ATV (like KY, VI, NJ and many others) and it has a notarized bill of sale. Will Make Title But Don't Require Many states will make a title for an ATV but don't necessarily require it. These states are very easy to deal with because they will title your machine for future out of state sale but don't really care whether you title your machine or not. Will not Title ATVs Regardless Kentucky (my home state) among several others, not only does not require ATVs to be titled, but they will not make one at all anymore (they used to for a short time). Their stance on this is that their legal definition of an ATV is that is an "off road toy" and therefore requires no registration or licensing. In KY and states like it, ATVs may by bought and sold with nothing but a bill of sale. You may wonder why they would not at least have an MSO/MCO. The reason is that dealers, knowing that they are not required, often don't even offer the MSO/MCO to the new ATV buyer. Keep in mind that even some hard-core titling states will make a title for an ATV with a bill of sale only as long as it is proven to have come from a state that does not require titles. How do I Know my State's Requirements? You simply have to do the research before you buy. eBay provides links to the titling agencys of all 50 states. From there you can find out what your state requires. You can also call them. Be very clear on what the rules are in regard to out-of-state machines, as they are often different. As a rule of thumb, you can never go wrong with a title. It is almost impossible to go wrong with an MSO/MCO. However if your state will allow it, you can usually save money on one with a bill of sale only, as many people won't bid thinking that they can't title it in their state. The only thing to watch for on these ATVs is that it is always possible that it is stolen. You can ensure that it is not by simply calling in the VIN number to your local law enforcement agency or running the VIN number on line via the National Insurance Crime Bureau websute (NICB.org). They keep electronic records of stolen VINs that are shared from state to state. If the seller can't give you the VIN or claims it is marred somehow, run away fast.
