1940 Ford RAT truck................NO RESERVE!!!!............NO RESERVE!!! High bidder takes her home!!! This is a RAT RODDERS DREAM!!!! The truck is built on a late 80's Ford Ranger chassis with a 2.8L V6 engine and 4 speed manual transmission. The starter has gone out and is sitting in the bed of the truck so it will need to be replaced before it will run. Please don't ask me to get this truck running so you can drive it home. I don't have the time to fix it that's why I'm selling it. The body is a RAT!!! It's very ugly!!! The truck was a Roadster for a while then the roof was put on. There is a home made sun roof as well. The doors both work but they where cut and I don't have the top parts of the doors, what you see is what you get.There is Glass on the passenger side door but nothing on the drivers side. There is a glass frame in the bed. The truck will need plenty of tinkering. The roof was bolted on and not completly welded together, so if your handy and wan't to built a cheap RAT ROD!! Here is a great start. The truck does not run at this time so winning bidder must pick up the truck with a trailer, or have a shipper pick it up. This is a project RAT ROD and SOLD AS-IS with NO WARRANTY!!! It's sold at NO RESERVE!! HIGH BIDDER GETS IT!!!! The truck was built by a friend who lives in Maine and this truck was his driver in the winters when he would come to Florida. With a little TLC you could drive it again.
