Starts and runs every time. I have only owned it for 3 years and it was used very little. The tires are a little worn. I will throw in another set that are about the same or maybe a little better than these. I do have a manual for it. I put new brakes and cable on it, However when I put them on I forgot to tighten them down. So they are not working at the moment. I does lightly smoke. Plastic is detatched i na couple places. Still in good shape though. One of the front brackets of the front rack is broken. I do have a title for it. Buyer to pick up locally. Located in Unionville Mo.
