This is a 2004 SLK Special Edition. I am the original owner. I have mainly driven the car 20 highway miles to work and back. It has never been crashed. It has always been garage kept, both at home and at work. It has been a great car and I am really sorry to have to sell it as it was a gift from my father-in-law. I have too many vehicles and limited space. I also have two teen age drivers. I recently put new tires on it, they have fewer than 500 miles on them. I also replaced the clutch master cylinder this fall. I replaced the battery about 18 months ago. Aside from that, I have had no problems with the car. I have had all of the suggested maintenance and recall work performed. I have taken good care of the car as I had planned to continue to drive it for a long time. It has a few minor chips in the paint, nothing unusual given the age of the car. There was a chip in the windshield that was repaired at Glass Doctor. The interior leather is in great shape. The mileage in the picture was accurate when I took the picture. I have continued to drive the car sparingly. It currently has 39,341 miles. I may drive it a few more miles, It will definitely have fewer than 40,000 miles at the time of the sale.
