I think its the nicest car we have offered for sale in long long time, UNBELIEVABLE !! The color combination on this car is STUNNING to say the least. This is a tight and solid 55' "BABY BIRD" which NEVER fails to turn heads. This car shows and runs EXTREMELY well. We have been asked by the 70 year old owner to sell her pride and joy as her husband past away several years ago and she just doesn't use this car much any more. She and her now deceased husband bought this car from a good friend here in Boise and have owned this BEAUTY since 1997. I talked to the good friend that they bought the car from who also bought the car from a friend of his who was the second owner and lives right here in Boise and who had owned the car since the mid sixties. He also had had the car restored and told me how there was no rust or body damage on this car and verified the low mileage which is traced back to the mid sixties. According to the third owner the car has allways been in DRY Idaho and thats why the body and floors are so nice. All of the rubber weatherstripping and window fuzzies are still soft and supple and in good condition. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come and see this BEAUTY for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! THIS IS A QAULITY CAR INDEED !! The car has a VERY STRONG - 5.0 Litre V8 - High output - Tuned Port Fuel Injected motor in it that runs GREAT ! The engine compartment has alot of extra goodies including a BBK performance cold air induction system, Ford Motorsports valve covers, custom headers with a custom dual exhaust system that correctly exits out the rear chrome pods, heavy duty radiator, heavy duty cooling fan and Billet stainless steel pullies. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed with overdrive automatic transmission which is also functions well. Both the engine and transmission are from the same 1991 Ford Mustang. Needless to say this car runs and drives Excellent and as you can imagine its a ROCKET, TO FUN !! With the three speed with overdrive automatic transmission it cruises along on the highway at 70 mph effortlessly. The RESTORED Two Tone Red and White Interior is in VERY NICE shape with a BEAUTIFUL CORRECT Red and White vinyl seat, BEAUTIFUL Red carpeting, BEAUTIFUL White headliner inside the removable hardtop, BEAUTIFUL dash with stainless steel panels, BEAUTIFUL dash pad with NO CRACKS, BEAUTIFUL original and aftermarket gauge clusters, BEAUTIFUL leather wrapped aftermarket Grant Gt steering wheel, BEAUTIFUL interior chrome and stainless and BEAUTIFUL matching two tone Red and White door panels with stainless steel panels. It has a nice clean trunk with a nicely fitted black rubber trunk mat. This vehicle is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives like a dream. I drove the car as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and it did GREAT even on the freeway it cruised along at 70 mph with no problems ! I feel like I'm in a time machine taking me back to the fifties whenever I drive this car, UNBELIEVABLE !! It is beautiful with respect to the overall cosmetic impression and check out the chrome and stainless on this car, most of it is BEAUTIFUL and the chrome grill is GORGEOUS !! Also note the BEAUTIFUL matching Red removable hardtop with portholes and the removable nearly new White soft top TO COOL !! This car has BEAUTIFUL Chrome wire wheels with chrome Thunderbird spinners and nearly new steel belted radial tires. Boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and along with the professionally installed drop spindles up front that really give it a very unique look !! As you can see in one of the pictures this car comes with its color matched fender skirts but they don't fit with the wire wheels so if you want to use them you would have to find some stock wheels and hubcaps and put them back on. The car has a VERY STRONG - 5.0 Litre V8 - High output - Tuned Port Fuel Injected motor in it that runs GREAT ! The engine compartment has alot of extra goodies including a BBK performance cold air induction system, Ford Motorsports valve covers, custom headers with a custom dual exhaust system that correctly exits out the rear chrome pods, heavy duty radiator, heavy duty cooling fan and Billet stainless steel pullies. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed with overdrive automatic transmission which is also functions well. Both the engine and transmission are from the same 1991 Ford Mustang. Needless to say this car runs and drives Excellent and as you can imagine its a ROCKET, TO FUN !! This vehicle is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives like a dream. This car has BEAUTIFUL Chrome wire wheels with chrome Thunderbird spinners and nearly new steel belted radial tires. Boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and along with the professionally installed drop spindles up front that really give it a very unique look !! As you can see in one of the pictures this car comes with its color matched fender skirts but they don't fit with the wire wheels so if you want to use them you would have to find some stock wheels and hubcaps and put them back on. We prefer a bank to bank wire transfer of funds as payment for the car but we will also accept a bank cashiers check (US only) or a third party check but we will validate the checks authenticity and the funds must clear our account before the vehicle or the title to the vehicle is released to the buyer or the buyers agent.
