1998 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 24V DOHC, 145k miles Chrome alloys, 60% or better tires, PL, PW, PS, A/C, Power Seat, Cruise. Clean CARFAX with no Damage history. Everything works except the power antenna. Very Clean body with minimal rust and door dings. Front and rear bumper covers have been repainted at one time but no other body damage history. Interior is tan leather and is worn and not in good condition with a tear at a seam in the back seat. I bought this car last week for my son from a local police department that had it impounded and unclaimed. The police department said it only needed an alternator. I drove it home and installed a new starter and battery. It did not need a new alternator. NOW THE BAD STUFF: When the car gets to operating temperature, the oil light intermittently comes on and there is bearing noise. No other abnormal indications. It does not overheat.
