A GREAT STOCKING STUFFER! Beautiful 1961 Corvette convertible in the classic red/white color combo with red interior. We took this car in on trade, and have replaced the exhaust system, fuel tank and sending unit, rebuilt the carbs and fuel pump, and tuned up the car. We also replaced all the wiring harnesses from the firewall forward, along with the axle straps and other small items. The car has a matching numbers engine. The car appears to be an older restoration that look and runs great, so drive it now, then restore it later! To be a show car it would need chrome and stainless restoration and paint, although it looks great for a driver as is. The car has a white soft top with one cut about an inch long that appears to be caused by the top being down all the time. The top frame could use some adjustment also. Overall the car is very nice and presents itself well. All of the interior appears to be in great condition, so it will turn heads everywhere you go in it! The frame appears in good shape with no apparrent rust or damage issues. Overall, a very solid car that is fun to drive with investment value because of the matching numbers. Happy bidding!
