Vehicle Detail

1999 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT WAGON GLS 1.8T 181K, Automatic transmission Leather seats, HEATED seats (A delight in the winter!), power doors and windows, ABS, Front and side airbags, cruise control, sun roof, A/C, AM/FM cassette, roof rack, Full size spare with tire change kit. 2 Keys (One remote flip key, and one regular key) Clean title, good maintenance record, non-smoker, 24 mpg Bought new car and need a quick sale, so priced way below KBB pricing. Great family workhorse with lots of room. Very comfortable ride that I kinda wish I didn't have to give up. Good car with a recently done maintenance. CARFAX available. Detailed maintenance records available for the past 5 years. The car is in good working order and in good shape for a 12 year old car. The engine and transmission are in great shape and I've always used fully synthetic oil. It has some minor quirks and problems and I will try to list all the ones I know. The clear coat is peeling on the hood and on the roof of the car, but no rust. Small dents above the driver's door, roof rack, and front bumper. Rear driver's side tail light works fine, but the cover is broken. the rear driver's side window does not go down, but goes up. The passenger side door lock on the outside works with the remote, but not with the key. The cruise control does not work. Check engine light comes and goes, and a quick clear code passes emissions. The front tires are pretty much bald. Cup holder doesn't stay closed and the armrest cover latch is broken. Starts perfectly fine normally, except after a fill up, where you have to give it a little gas while you start it. There is also a slight oil smell from the exterior air circulation when idle, but that can be avoided completely by keeping the air circulation interior. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, want more pictures, or would like a test drive.
