On a recent bike trip, my backpack got caught up in the rear tire, causing the rear wheel to lock up. This caused me to loose control, and the bike and I hit the pavement on the right side. Not sure what happened after that, but there is some damage on the left side as well, so it probably rolled over. I was going about 50 mph, and I didn't strike anything but pavement. The initial impact bent the right handlebar into the tank, and a wire harness under the tank apparently got pinched, as when I tried to start it, the wire harness started smoking. The Adventure cases are all scraped up, but the 6 keyed locks still function properly. All of the major components (motor, transmission, drive shaft, final drive, wheels, shocks, ABS system, fuel injectors, fuel pump, etc,) appear to be in good condition. It still has a clear title.
