Ok up for auction is my 1986 Toyota Van LEI originally bought the van for picking up my kids from school when my wife is working, we cant agree on this use because of the lap-only seat belts that are in the back seats, also the fans for the rear seats heating is currently not working so this is why im parting with it.When I bought the van I took it into my garage and stripped it all the way down to frame/motor/trans/axles as it was in need of a major overhaul and severe cleaning. Below is a list of things that were fixed, replaced, or otherwise. Some of the pictures below are from the strip down and rebuild. When I rebuilt it I lined the ENTIRE van frame with EZ-COOL automotive insulation / sound dampener. Electric windows roll up and down. Door locks lock but do not unlock. Cruise control works, everything works except the switch for the parking lights. Highbeams work but dont stay on, you can still flash them.Wheels are not stock Toyota Van wheels, I believe they are from 80's era Toyota Supra, they are painted black and hard to see in the pictures. Van also comes with some spare parts: old calipers (need rebuild), extra set of new front brake pads, new engine air filter, spare speedo cluster (has bad circuit board), possibly more i have to check.Other NeedsThe rear hatch/door is missing the interior panel and door handle so currently it cannot be opened from the insideThe power steering reservoir is missing the cap, which can wait until the pump is replaced anywaysIf i was going to keep it I would put some new shocks all around, ride is to bouncy for me personallyIt needs some floor mats for the front, I will throw in the leftover new carpet from when i replaced the carpet section in the back, they just need to be cut to fit the front floor areas.It needs 3 head rests, 2 back seat head rests and 1 front seat (they are different) one of the 2 back bench head rests is being used on the front passenger seat. At the current price im taking a huge hit from what i paid for the vehicle and put into it, not to mention the 30-40 hours i have in the van, so out of respect please dont bother offering me any lower than the initial bid of $1,999.Van is sold "AS-IS" with NO warranty EXPRESSED or IMPLIED. Van is also sold "WHERE-IS", I will be willing to help with transporting the vehicle if you so desire to go that route, I can drive it to Madison, WI or as far as Milwaukee, WI. I would also be able to pick up from the airport in Madison, WI if you want to drive it back to your place. I can store the van in my garage for up to 2 weeks after close of auction while arrangements are made.Full payment will need to be made by CASH, BANK CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, or PERSONAL CHECK within 5 business days of close of auction. Van and title will not be released until funds have cleared.I reccomend that any perspective buyers ask questions if you have any, test drive it if you can, if you would like to have a mechanic look at the vehicle there are 3 different shops here in Lake Mills, WI I am willing to drive it to, cost for it to be looked at is on you.
