Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on 1925 Buick 2 door 5 passenger sedan. Dark green and black in color on a flawless rust free body. Vinyl top and interior are in excellent condition. Paint is in great condition, and has a deep shine. Mechanical realities of a vintage automible are to be expected, car has not been driven in at least two years, it did run well, steering was good and tight, brakes work well, there is some issue with the starter, perhaps needs a rebuild. The gas has probably gone stale by now. Wooden spoked wheels are unique, and in great shape, tires are in above average condition. It was purchased to compliment my dad's 26 Buick coupe, and it was cool to have them both together, however the garage is now full of other projects (68 Vette), and we need to free up some room. The car was purchased in 2009 and came from Flemmington, NJ. and the story goes it was owned by the original owner until 1996, the motor and transmission are original I was told. it underwent restoration by the next owner in 2004, there are some receipts for documentation. The original license plate (so I'm told) is included, however the body shop primed it during restoration, it is in great condition and can be painted back to original. It is highly encouraged that serious and qualified individuals inspect the vehicle prior to purchase or by designating a professional inspection company to review the vehicle prior to bidding or purchasing. I am happy to arrange a time according to your schedule. Please ask all questions before bidding. I will be happy to discuss the car with you by phone if you have a SERIOUS interest in owning this fine pre war vintage automobile, located in north east PA. Please feel free to contact Jim at 570-690-5647 Winning bidder must make contact within 48 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end date. If no contact is made within 48 hours the non-paying bidder procedure will begin and the car could be sold to the second best offer. Buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
