Life is not fair! I never knew when I agreed on a dog that I would be compelled to sell my beloved 1985 Supra to make room for a more dog and family friendly car (read Volvo XC90). This is my second '85 Supra. When the first one died with 300k on it, I picked this one up right away with only 97k on it. It has been garage kept. It has the famous original high compression in line 6 cylinder 2.8 L DOHC engine. It has the original paint with original decals and original wheels. The stereo is original and I added an amp and cabinet speakers in the hatch. The exterior is in fair condition but there are some rust areas that need to be addressed (see pics). The right rear lower control arm needs to be replaced (you can see the negative camber on right rear wheel in a pic). The sunroof will leak through a rusted corner if left out in the rain. The interior looks good except for the leather seats that are cracked. The center arm console needs replacement (see pic). The starting price is $1000 which is not much to pay for a car that runs - much less a classic car that runs and provides you with an opportunity to tinker and improve as it is all stock at this point. The car is fun to drive and I still get lots of comments! Adjust the driver side seat to have the side-panels hug you, adjust the lumbar support, open the sunroof, and start cruising the curves. As an added bonus, I'll include short roof adapters for Thule roof racks. LCD panel light not working. Thule Short Roof Rack Adapters Personality Air conditioner has not run for some time and I don't know why. It was never a big deal for me as I prefer to be Mach V with the sunroof and windows open. If you want A/C you should count on either recharging the coolant every year, repairing the leak or replacing the A/C with a newer more eco-friendly system. Sunroof will need to be replaced. Right rear lower control arm needs to be replaced. The exhuast from teh catalytic converter back should probably be replaced as well. Mileage 264,830 Miles
