You are bidding on a 1964 Chevrolet Impala 2dr Hardtop Sport Coupe 327cu 4bbl (250hp), 2 speed Powerglide Transmission, 10 Bolt rear axle asm.(3.08 gear?, date code K13=Nov 1st 1963). This car has been in storage for the last 25 yrs, It is almost completely original, short of the normal belts, hoses, and tires. This Impala has never been wreaked and still retains the original Satin Silver Metallic (940) paint. Body built 11C= Nov 3rd week 1963. Options include Left and Right fender mounted rearview mirrors, Frt Bumper guards, Radio Antenna. The body has a fair amount of rust in the rear of the car including the rear frame rails near the rear bumper. Hood and Deck lid is very nice. The trim is all there and most of it is in very good condition, the grille is very nice, the stainless around the glass is also very nice, side molding have the usual door dings. No Cracked Glass, some minor scratches. Glass windshield washer bottle still there. Bumpers are nice but would need rechromed for show, but would be nice for a driver. The interior is also original, code 842 Blue with optional AM Pushbutton Radio, Padded Dash ( acc code C) the padded dash has a few minor cracks near the speaker opening. Rear Speaker (acc code R) nice chrome, and Tinted Glass (acc code W). The odometer reads 29129, actual milage is 129129. Head liner and trim are in very good condition, seats will need seat covers, seat trim is nice with only a few dings, lower door panels worn, rear panel are nice, and carpet is worn. Steering wheel, column, and the rest of the dash asm. is also very nice. The engine is complete and original (frt pad stamping FII08S F=Flint II08=Nov 8th S=1964 250hp) Alternator #1100668 (date code 3L7 1963, Dec 7th), 4bbl Rochester Carb 4GC #7024121, intake #3844457 (date code J233= Oct 23rd 1963). This engine should have a factory steel crankshaft, and does have the Power Pack Cylinder heads. Engine seized from being stored, Oil look good so I don't believe there's any internal damage. Gas tank and straps are missing. Being sold with the Original wheels, tires and hubcaps This car would need a complete restoration to be nice, or it would make a great parts car.
