Up for auction is this 1968 Ford Mustang "S" Code 390 Coupe. This car came from the factory with 390 4 BBL, Automatic Trans, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes and 9 Inch Ford Posi Rear. I am not up on Mustangs but understand this to be a very low production car. Out of over 220,000 Coupes this could be one of less than a hundered built. I do have the build sheet to this car and will post a picture. I dont know if it was a GT but I believe it was a non GT car. The car has been off the road for a number of years. Someone started some restoration work and thats where it ended. It appears to have new shock towers, front frame rails, torque boxes and lower toe panels replaced. The inner and outer rockers are rock solid. I took pics of the floors so you could see where they need replacement. Doors open and close great, all glass is good except for a broken front windshield (we have a replacement that goes with the car), motor is long gone but we have a friend that has a 1968 390 4 BBL motor complete for an additional $600 . We have the auto trans and some extra parts that will be included with the car. This includes, both rocker moldings , glove box door, ash tray, mustang insignia, gas tank filler neck and cap, misc front bumper braces , power steering rack, and both front disc calipers. Also axles are in place but I do not have the gears. Craiger wheels and tires are not included. They can be purchased for an additional $300 otherwise the car will have rollers. Sold on a dealer bill of sale. If you need a title in your state, I will get a current registration and with that and our dealer transfer forms and paper work you will get a title in your state. ALSO IAM SELLING SOME PARTS FOR A FRIEND OF MINE AND IN CLEANING OUT HIS BOX TRAILER WE CAME ACROSS A SET OF BRAND NEW FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS FOR A 67 MUSTANG IN THE WRAPPERS.
