Older frame off restoration to return this BT7 to heritage certificate standards. Colorado red, red leather w/black piping, red wilton wool carpeting, only a few hundred miles since completion. The engine is bored .0030 over; this car is one of 1,500 original cars built with three SU HS4 carburetors. Four-speed center shift manual gearbox with overdrive also rebuilt and works flawlessly. Tri-carb Healey’s are the most desirable Healey’s to most collectors. This matching number car has had a total nut-and-bolt, body-off restoration. The body panels and chassis were dipped and soda blasted to bare metal before the new car went back together. All new parts were used when rebuilding the engine, transmission and overdrive. An all-new cloth wiring harness was installed, along with the correct heat shields. Approximately 75K was invested in this two year restoration process. This car has a current registration and license plate through August 2012. It will come with current registration and a bill of sale. It can be titled in other states but there is no title in Georgia.
