I am happy to recieve all the questions...looks like we might just have an auction on my lower driveway with everyone that's coming to take a look at the same time, since I will not return home till Sunday. Hopefully someone will bring the Ranchero back to life! Please read "questions and ansewers" at bottom of page...there has been a lot more info posted there as well !!! Just learned through the WWW. that there were only 6,041 built like this one in late, late '70 still a '71,but built at the Atlanta plant. Hello Ford fans...most especially Ranchero fans ! I am the second owner of this 1971 Torino Ranchero 500 and have owned since I graduated high school, and I'll go ahead despite showing my age tell...I purchased this in Shiner,Texas in 1984 ! (The place where Shiner Beer was made) It needs a motor and transmission and some other work, but well worth saving from the crusher...like I have so sadly had to see so many vehicles heading towards the scrap yards due to the economy and lack of enthusists restoring our older collectables. Which has effected me as well, I'm currently unemployed and trying to sell what I don't absoultly need...like a kidney, NO just kidding...no body parts for sale from this seller ! Help me out hot rodders and street rodders...I have several other items I am hoping to sell...which I will surelly miss, but hey...you do what you gotta do. Ask me any questions you have, the car is in my driveway and ready for the buyer to load-up. I can send you any photos you may requier...there is very little surface rust and the inside of the bed actually looks like new, it had always had a top on it till it blew away one day in a storm. I know these (70-71) Torino Rancheros bring $3K to $4K more than their "car" counter-parts ! When they are restored correctlty. Other items for this Torino/Ranchero will be listed shortly with many other Street Rod and Hot Rod parts, I need you guys and gals help on all these items! Check out this listing below !!! That makes anyone want one of these !!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/230696159941?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
