Have a 1989 S4 Auto. with 61k Black / Black Factory upgraded leather [non-perforated skins and leather backs], and rear air as options. Has nearly new Goodrich Comp TAs 245/45 ZR16 on the rear and Goodrich G-force sport 225/50 ZR16 on the front on almost perfect wide slotted disk wheels, hand painted emblems are worn. The perfect extra supple black buckets are as new as are the leather steering wheel and shifter, all freshly mink oiled. Sunroof works erratic if at all have replacement switch factory wired to go in. Dash has a few 1/4 to 1/2 inch long cracks around defrost vents otherwise great, pod has very light split, as nice as an original dash as a 89 Porsche can have. Porsche CD player is non-working , have new Alpine remote cassette front end with a newer CDC-1 Porsche factory CD changer in factory carpeted case ready to go in. Inflatable spare [red rim] and original air pump kit as new with all manuals. All original owners manuals and maintenance records, including original ignition key code tag and touch up paint. Delivered new and certified maintenance done every 5k at Bavarian Auto Chattanooga Tenn to 40.7k. At which time in 1998 I purchased [2nd owner] and had 60k service done [timing belt} at 43.8k at The Auto Gallery in Lexington KY. Has had oil changed locally since, using only Mobil 1. There is a small indention 1/2" by 3" around the drivers headlight bucket. the center of the front bumper needs touched up, the drivers mirror has come loose, nothing broken, but the glass will have to tighten back down, could use a good detailing, otherwise the body and black paint are beautiful! Have additional parts: New, Porsche and Mintex brake pads, full stainless steel brake lines, urethane for the sway bars, from 928 Motorsport, an extra large front center console pad, halogen bulbs for the driving lights, and the dealer installed Motorola phone it came with. The car has mainly been parked over a year and a half, being started regularly and occasionally driven 3-8 miles starts on first crank. Used Sta-Bil in the gas {only use Sunoco 94] noticed running ruff, still idles and accelerates well, but may be just old gas. Has Hi-Po dual outlet chrome/stainless exhaust for rear muffler [still have like new original pieces] Has always been garaged or covered, is covered now. Health issues have limited use and now force sale. Have never offered the car for sale before. Not perfect but, very little to make concourse !
