Huge aftermarket radiator. Flex fan. Aftermarket oil pressure, water temp, and voltage gauges. Aggressive custom dual exhaust system (sounds awesome) New battery, starter, spark plug wires, and fuel filter. Decent Pioneer sound system. 1995 Chevrolet truck rims.
