1987 Vanagon Syncro GL parts van up for auction! This van last ran in 2004 when the engine ran out of oil (had a knock in the motor) most likely spun a bearing, I had hoped to use it for a future vanagon project, well it has been parked in my back yard since then and is very rusted as you can see in the pictures. THE COMPUTER IS GONE as is most the exhaust, I have the passenger seat, included(not pictured). The windshield is cracked, sliding door handle is cracked off and sliding door does not work. I DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE (never needed it) TITLE is clean but would need to be procured by YOU. The 4 wheel drive was working when the engine went. Not sure what sitting for 7 years has done to the Transmission and Viscous Coupling which is all there as well as the axle shafts and cv joints. This is an as is where is auction, YOU MUST PICK UP WITH TRAILER OR WHATEVER MEANS YOU INTEND TO USE TO GET IT OUT. I am starting this auction at $250.00, because that's what I can get from the junk man, I am moving and need to get rid of this van. Well I hooked it up to the truck today and pulled it the only wheel that was locked is the rear right(passenger side) - all other wheels rolled freely.
