Vehicle Detail
2004 grand prix GTP comp G package. Heavy duty trans with 3.29 final drive 95,000 miles Black exterior/ cream interior V6 3800 supercharged Wheel mounted paddle shifters 10 spoke competition group wheels CD player with steering wheel controls *Car runs and drives great, has a lot of power and handles pretty good. The competition group package is relatively rare and the car is ready to go. *The exterior is in ok shape, probably about a 7/10 with most of the issues being the front and rear fascia scratches. There are also some dings/ scratches in a few other spots on the car. A little attention here and there could really go a long ways; I’ve seen the bumper covers at some salvage yards for about $150-200ea in great shape. *The interior is in good shape, with a good deep cleaning it could be in great shape. With the light cream interior there are a few spots where dirt has collected, but nothing that wouldn’t clean up pretty easily. *The reason that I’m willing to sell this so cheap is the title issue, more of a fee and inconvenience than a issue really. I bought the car from a small dealership in Los Angeles (Central Auto Sales, I recommend not buying a car from here). I wasn’t too familiar with buying cars in California so I didn’t realize it when I got it that something was shady. Even though I was assured there were none when I went to register it at the DMV there were $1300 in backed California registration fees. Needless to say the dealership now is unresponsive and will not return my calls. The car is a lien sale from a tow company in LA, when I went to the DMV I had all of the correct paperwork and everything is in order to transfer the car, it just needs to have the fees payed up. The car passes smog no problem. *Really I think the best deal would be for someone from out of state to buy this and not have to deal with the CA system. I have all of the correct paperwork for the lien sale and there shouldn’t be any issues receiving a clean title. (Lien sale resulted from the previous owner not being able to pay tow/storage fees). Although, if you do want to register it in CA and pay the DMV fees (I have the DMV printout detailing all of the fees) it still would be a decent deal. *I kind of got a bad deal with the car and have tried to disclose everything so that doesn’t happen again. Please read through the description and check out all of the pictures as they should answer most questions. But if not feel free to email me with any questions or stop by if you want to check it out. The car is located in Huntington Beach, CA. Also, I may be willing to help with delivery or partial delivery for a reasonable cost.
